Enter the Black Bean Bandit. This blog is my poor attempt to share tips, tricks, and tried-and-true recipes with everyone and anyone who cares to listen. I do my best to make easy, delicious recipes that use real ingredients you could find at most grocery stores. If I can get both meat-lovers and toddlers to finish (and enjoy) a vegetarian meal, that’s a win in my books!
So, are you in?
